2 Account Eligibility & Registration

2.2 One Account Policy
Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts may be closed and any winnings may be voided.

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account suspension or closure. We may request the necessary documents for identity verification.
2.4 Account Security

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
vd99 accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank). No other methods are currently accepted.
3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
- Minimum deposit: ৳100 (the same for every payment method).
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal time: Once a request is approved, processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
3.3 Identity Verification
vd99 may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal request. A copy of your national ID card or other government-issued identification may be required. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals until this process is complete.
3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy
vd99 is committed to preventing money laundering. It is recommended that deposits and withdrawals be made using the same method. If unusual transactions are detected, an account may be temporarily suspended for investigation.
4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Deposit ৳22,000 or more and the bonus will be capped at ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Notably, wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and the bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 Bonus Restrictions
- Each promotional offer has its own terms, which are stated in the offer details.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
- If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
- vd99 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.
4.4 VIP Program
The vd99 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.7%), Platinum (up to 1.0%), and Diamond (up to 1.2%). Progression to a higher tier depends on continued active participation on the platform. Detailed terms for VIP benefits apply separately.
5 Gaming Policy
5.1 Fair Play Policy
vd99 is committed to ensuring fair and transparent gaming for all users. Our platform uses SSL encryption and fair play mechanisms.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.

11 Dispute Resolution
